Drinking

Essex police are keen to extend the designated non drinking zones in Staple Tye and beyond in an effort they say to combat drinking within certain areas.
I stated at a meeting that the problem from drinking must be dealt with by the police and I am alarmed that they could be just pushing the problem from one area to another.
