Give Staple Tye the answer Liberal Democrats

After reading a recent Liberal Democrat leaflet something strikes me.
They don't explain how they would spend one penny of your money.

Why is this?

Because the fact of the matter is they did not submit an alternative budget for Harlow in the recent budget setting meeting.
Perhaps the question should be asked as to why?
