Over the last few months Staple Tye have been plagued with a graffiti.
Long banks has taken the biggest hit with the letters HQC which has appeared on many houses and also signage.
I have worked along side Harlow Council and also Essex police and are please to say people have been caught for this act.
Kier have been out again clearing this problem and this will be monitored over the summer.
